(1) Preparation before trial operation
1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the entire external connection and fasteners to confirm that they have been securely connected;
2. Each reducer, spindle box, rotating parts, moving parts, etc. should be filled with lubricating oil according to regulations;
(2) Power on inspection
1. Connect the power supply
2. Check whether all indicators are normal;
3. Check whether the emergency stop button is reliable and effective;
Note: This machine belongs to computer control, and only needs to perform lifting, speed, and other technical operations on the control panel.
1. The maintenance of the electrical components should be carried out by qualified electrical maintenance personnel. It is strictly prohibited for unauthorized personnel to open the electrical control box to avoid danger or damage to the electrical components;
2. Suitable manufacturers ensure stable power supply voltage and reliable boundary;
3. A circuit breaker should be installed for the power supply incoming line, and the power supply should be cut off during maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock;
4. When the machine is in use, the main power supply of the machine should be cut off to ensure safety;
5. The electrical control box and hydraulic station of the machine should have corresponding waterproof measures taken, and should not be soaked in water to avoid damage to the electrical control part.
