1. High-end RTCP five-axis CNC controll System
1: This machine is equipped with high-end RTCP five-axis CNC controller + industrial touchscreen computer + smart cutting software, and is driven by bus servo.
2: The operation of this machine is simple and easy. The system has built-in shape library and countertop templates library, supporting data size input. dxf format drawing files are also supported to perform auto cutting.
3: It can access the Internet through wired network, WiFi or mobile phone wireless sharing.

2. With a laser thickness Measuring Gauge
1: The Machine Equipt Laser Thickness Measuring Gauge to measure the thickness of Points Along the Cutting Paths.
2: The measuring will be done along the cutting paths, and Database will be build before waterjet cutting.
3: During Measuring, it will Blow air to remove the water layer on the slabs, to prevent the water layer from affecting the data accuracy.

Main Features:
1. Pressure feeding system uses 0.2 MPa compressed air to push abrasives in pressure vessel intermittently through hoses to the annular sand tank on the worktable. The sand flow is automatically distributed according to the needs of cutting. The gas flow rate is small, the velocity of sand flow is slow, the wear rate is very small, and the failure rate is close to zero.
2. The automatic sand feeder can use air pressure to send the sand placed in the barrel 5 meters away to the mini-bucket automatically, and stop automatically when it is full. If it is not enough, it will automatically replenish and work reliably and stably.
3. 100-liter automatic sand feeder, which can hold 150 kg of sand, is stable and durable. It has automatic alarm function without sand. It indicates that sand feeding can be used by up to two Water jet heads. |
