Common problems and solutions for stone saw blade cutting：

1. The joint part of the base and the cutter head is worn

Reason: The material to be cut is very wear-resistant, and the cutting debris is mixed in the cut and cannot be discharged.

Solution: Use protective teeth in special positions on the substrate and use a cooling water flow with a higher pressure to enhance the chip evacuation effect.

2. The wear on both sides of the cutter head is uneven

Reason: The saw blade is cut at an angle, the water on both sides is not the same, and one side does not have enough water.

Solution: Check the inclination of the saw blade and check the cooling water system.

3. The saw blade is out of circle

Cause: Shaft wear resulting in large clearance between the center hole of the saw blade and spindle or incorrect installation.

Solution: Replace the worn shaft or repair the center hole.

4. The saw blade is deflection

Causes: uneven force on the body caused by the inclusion of debris of the cut material in the cutting seam, the diameter of the flange is too small or the diameter of the flange on both sides is inconsistent, there are foreign objects between the saw blade and the flange, and it is not installed correctly.

Solution: Clean up debris and enhance chip evacuation, adjust or replace the flange, and install it correctly according to the instructions.

5. The cutter head is damaged

Causes: The binder of the cutter head is too hard, and the blade is fed too fast.

Solution: Choose a saw blade with a softer bond according to the material to be cut, and reduce the feed rate of the saw blade.

6. The cutter head wears out too quickly

Causes: the bits are too soft (for the material to be cut), the amount of cooling water is insufficient, the power is insufficient due to loose belts or low voltage or improper speeds, the blade is not perpendicular to the material being cut.

Solution: Select the saw blade with hard bond according to the material to be cut, check the cooling water system to ensure the normal operation of the water pump, ensure the power supply voltage, check the spindle flange to ensure the verticality of the saw blade and the equipment, and check the speed of the saw blade.

7. The cutter head is lost

Reason: In the cutting process, the cutting material slides and twists the cutter head, so that the cutter head is hit hard, the flange wear can not fix the saw blade, resulting in the distortion of the saw blade, the saw blade is out of circle caused by the wear of the spindle, the saw blade is subjected to a large impact, overheating, the saw blade is subjected to violent impact.

Solution: Fix the material to be cut firmly when cutting, replace the flanges on both sides, replace the worn spindle, check the cooling water, and avoid hitting the saw blade when moving the equipment or the material being cut.

8. Blunt and cannot be cut

Causes: The saw blade binder is too hard, the power is insufficient to make the saw blade cut normally, the saw blade is not applied enough cutting pressure, and the saw blade linear speed is too high.

Solution: Select a saw blade with a softer bond, check the belt, voltage and motor, make sure that the cutting pressure is sufficient and not too large, and choose the matching one according to the instructions of the equipment.
