Stone Wall Decoration Technics:

(1) Procedure
Base treatment - hanging vertically, setting squares, finding rules, pasting gray cake - applying bottom mortar - elastic line division - stone brush protective agent - arranging blocks - pasting blocks - surface jointing and wiping seam
(2)Operating process
1) Carry out base treatment and lifting vertically, square and find rules. It should be noted that there should not be more than one row of non-solid materials on the same wall, and they should be mounted in more hidden areas.
2) When the base layer is wet, first apply a layer of glue interface agent and cement slurry, and apply the primer as you go: 1:3 cement mortar is used for the base mortar, with a thickness of about 12mm. The operation is divided into two passes, the first pass is about 5mm, and the second pass is about 5mm. The second pass is about 7mm. After the base ash is compacted and smoothed, scratch the surface of the base ash.
3) Stone surface treatment: After the stone surface is fully dry (moisture content should be less than 8%), use stone protective agent to protect the stone hexahedron. This process must be carried out in a pollution-free environment. Place the stone flat on the wooden rafter. Dip the protective agent into the stone surface with a wool brush and apply it evenly on the stone surface. The application must be in place. After the first coat is applied 24 hours later, apply the second coat of stone protective agent in the same way. If cement or adhesive is used to fix it, the interval should be 24 hours. After 48 hours, use special glue to roughen the bonding surface of the stone. The roughened glue can be used only after it solidifies and hardens.
4) After the base ash has solidified, the lines can be divided into blocks. Then the wet blocks are smeared with plain cement slurry with a thickness of 2~3mm, and an interface agent with a weight of 20% water is added for inlaying. Use a wooden hammer. Knock lightly and use a ruler to level and straighten.
5) Wipe the gaps: Apply thin cement slurry to the gaps, wipe it repeatedly to fill the gaps with cement slurry, and then wipe away the excess cement slurry outside the gaps with a rag.
