1. CNC Control System
Equipped with an industrial touch screen and advanced CNC control system, the machine supports Wi-Fi connection and full-range remote control. It enables remote file transmission, software updates and professional fault troubleshooting, greatly simplifying equipment maintenance and reducing operational downtime.
2. Visual Image Positioning System
Featuring a 20-megapixel high-definition visual positioning system, the device can automatically identify and locate the outline of stone slabs on the worktable. Multiple workpieces can be placed freely and processed simultaneously after intelligent positioning, which significantly improves production flexibility and batch processing efficiency.
3. Automatic Tool-Change Grinding Heads
The machine is fitted with a standard 10-position grinding head magazine, supporting free switching and flexible selection of various grinding heads to adapt to different stone slab materials and processing requirements. An extra 10-position magazine is available as an optional upgrade to further expand processing capacity.
4. Automatic Slab Thickness Measurement
It comes with an automatic slab thickness detection function.
5. Adjustable Polishing Cylinder Pressure
Three optional polishing cylinder pressure modes are preset in the system software. Operators can freely switch pressure settings according to the unique material characteristics, hardness and density of different stone slabs, achieving targeted and optimized polishing effects for diverse stone materials.
