1. The CNC cutting machine equipment must be reliably grounded, and all electrical components such as the machine body, control box, and CNC cutting machine plasma power supply must be reliably grounded;
2. Keep your body and clothes dry;
3. Do not stand, sit, or lie on damp surfaces when using equipment;
4. Provide corresponding insulation materials to prevent electric shock. If you need to work near damp areas, be particularly careful and wear insulated gloves and shoes;
5. Provide an air switch with corresponding safety installed on the wall to connect to the equipment, which allows the operator to quickly turn off the power supply in case of emergency;
6. Follow local electrical regulations to determine the size and type of cables;
7. Regularly check if the outer layer of the power cord is damaged (bare wire danger), and do not use the device when the power cord is damaged. If the power cord is damaged, replace it immediately;
8. Regularly check and control the CNC cutting machine cable. If there is any damage, it should be replaced or treated before using the equipment;
9. Check the cutting torch wire and replace it immediately if there is any damage or abrasion;
10. If the cover of the plasma power supply device is not installed properly, do not use the plasma system, as exposed power terminals pose a great risk;
11. When cutting and cutting, do not pick up workpieces and waste materials;
Before replacing any electrical components, disconnect the power supply and wait for at least 2 minutes. After the replacement is completed, turn on the power supply;
13. Do not bypass or short-circuit the power supply safety device;
14. Before opening the plasma power supply cover for maintenance, the main power supply should be disconnected and the capacitor should be discharged for 5 minutes before proceeding with the operation.
