5 Axis Bridge Saw Machine can put three types of Tools: Blade(To cut lines and arcs); Milling Bits(To open sink, faucet hole etc.); Core Drill(to open faucet Hole). The tool change operation must be carried out in the "danger zone" in front of the machine table , there are no obstacles at all. Always press the Stop button before proceeding with a tool change. It is absolutely forbidden to use tools that exceed the range of machine parameters.
1. How to Change Blade For a 5 Axis Bridge Saw Machine?

Loosen and remove the torx screw (position A). Remove the blade cover (position B.). |

Loosen and remove the platen retention nut (position C), then remove the outer platen (position D). |

Before installing the saw blade, the residue on the surface of the pressure plate and spindle should be cleaned. |
Clean the debris on the surface of the platen and spindle |

Install the saw blade, reassemble the outer pressure plate and the fixing nut, and use a special wrench to tap the locking nut in a counterclockwise direction. |
