1. MAINTENANCE MANUAL
This manual contains the maintenance required for the proper use of Stone Bridge Saw.
This instruction manual has been prepared in accordance with the instructions set forth in the relevant directives in force to ensure that the topics covered in this manual are correctly understood by operators authorized to use and maintain the machine. Compliance with the instructions in this manual will protect the operator from injury.
Linhai Zhongli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. can ensure timely and accurate technical assistance in any situation for optimal operation and maximum machine performance.

2. MAINTENANCE INDICATIONS
Danger: Failure to follow the safety instructions on the machine and the instructions below may result in death or serious injury, damage to materials or equipment, and Linhai Zhongli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. does not assume any responsibility.
Danger: An additional operator must supervise the control panel during maintenance operations to prevent the machine from starting during maintenance. Operators must also monitor the machine in order to sound an alarm in the event of an accident or dangerous situation.
Danger: During maintenance operations, a "Machine is under repair" sign must be flown in an area where the machine is clearly visible.
Danger: Normal or special maintenance operations must be performed with the machine turned off, without electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic power sources, and with the E-STOP button pressed.
Danger: All maintenance operations must be carried out in accordance with the following procedure: The operator/maintenance technician must set the machine to "Enter Danger Zone" mode, position the machine in a specific area, press the emergency button on the control panel, turn off the machine (follow the steps shown in Section B of the Instructions for Use manual), turn the switch to the "0" position, and cut off the power strip.
Danger: Before performing maintenance work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, make sure that the pressure inside them has been relieved:
●The tilt plate support table is equipped with an anti-fall valve, which can keep the lifting cylinder under pressure when the pressure of the hydraulic system is lost, preventing the bench from falling. In order to release the pressure in the cylinder, the table needs to be lowered with the machine open.
Danger: After disconnecting the power supply, wait at least 10 minutes before turning on the machine's switchboard to allow the residual electrical energy stored in the inverter's capacitors to be released.
Danger: Wait for it to stop completely and all residual heat has dissipated before performing any maintenance on the cutting disc.
Danger: After any maintenance work is over, before restarting the machine, make sure that:
● The machine has been cleared of tools, spare parts and materials for maintenance
●All safety devices are correctly positioned and in perfect working condition (protective barriers, safety guards)
WARNING: Before any intervention is made, the operator and/or maintenance technician must be fully aware of the location and operation of all controls and the characteristics of the machine; He/she must also read, understand, and assimilate the contents of this User and Maintenance Manual in its entirety.
ATTENTION: Only the original spare parts provided by Linhai Zhongli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are used
ATTENTION: It is strictly forbidden to carry out welding work directly on the machine.
WARNING: All routine maintenance operations must be performed by qualified personnel trained in machine operation.
WARNING: All special maintenance operations must be performed exclusively by the technicians of Linhai Zhongli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd
Warning: Observe the specified time interval at which all maintenance operations are performed.
3. ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Before performing electrical maintenance, switch the main switch to the "0-OFF" position and pull out the clip to the groove.

Danger: Electrical service technicians must ensure that snap snaps are in place throughout the repair operation.
