1. After the end of each day's work, the tile edging machine should clean every rotating part of the machine. If it is difficult to disassemble components during the disassembly process, it is necessary to avoid crushing or knocking to ensure that the machine parts do not deform.
2. Do not use a hard brush when cleaning the ceramic tile edging machine mold to avoid damaging the mold. After cleaning the mold, place it in sequence, then apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the mold and transmission components, mark the mold and transmission components with the sequence number, and assemble them according to the sequence number.
3. The conveyor belt of the tile edging machine should be kept clean, otherwise there will be a small amount of oil and dust on the tiles, which will affect the cleanliness of the processed tiles.
4. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to each transmission part of the ceramic tile edging machine every month, and add lubricating oil to the gear slot and motor slot every three months.
5. Inspect and repair bearings every other month, and clean them every three months. Check the gears and chains between the motors every six months for sufficient lubricating oil.
