1. Arc Profile Processing
The arc profiling function needs to draw a profiled cross-sectional view in advance. open the file selection window, select the appropriate Section dxf file, generate default parameters of the profile graphics, and then placed in the appropriate position in the drawing area. Double-click the graph to open the parameter setting window, as shown below.

The specific parameters of the confirm or cancel button are explained as follows:
Radius: the radius of the inner circle of the arc line. Similar to fan cut.
Angle: the central angle of the arc line.
Y Mirror: The section view is flipped around the Y axis.
Rough: Enable roughing after ticked. If it is not ticked, rough will not be performed.
Rough step: the interval of each cut during rough machining.
Rough layer: limit the maximum cutting depth of one knife. Depths beyond this will delaminate.
Finish: Enable finishing after ticked. If it is not ticked, it will not be enabled.
Finishing step: the interval of each knife during finishing.
X, Y, Rot: The position coordinates and rotation of the graphics, similar to the coordinates and rotation of the cutting function.
2. Line Profile Processing
The straight line profiling function needs to draw a profiled cross-sectional view in advance. open the file selection window, select the appropriate cross-section dxf file, generate the profiled graphics with default parameters, and then place them at a suitable position in the drawing area.open the parameter setting window. The entire interface is similar to arc lines.

Some parameters are similar to arc lines, and the special parameters are explained as
follows:
Length: the total length of the entire line.
Tool retraction: Specify the method and parameters of tool retraction. There are 3 retraction methods: vertical, horizontal, and vertical increment, as shown in the figure below.
