Customized 4 Axis PLC Control Bridge Saw, Type:ZLBS-500CNC/4A, accept Max.500mm Saw Blade Diameter, is for processing Marble, Granite, Porcelain and Quartz stones. It's a PLC Control Machine with easy operation.It has big worktable: 3500X2000mm, and has a standard 22KW permanent magnet motor,which is powerful and 40% power savings than normal ones. It has a shape library including strips, circle, square, Fan shape, counter Top, rounded rectangle, Ellipse, Trapezoid, etc. We provide OEM/ODM service.

X-axis: Moves the bridge saw left and right.( Use Servo Motor)

Y-axis: Moves the cutting head back and forth along the bridge.( Use Servo Motor)

Z-axis: Raises and lowers the cutting head to control the cutting depth.( Use Servo Motor)

A-axis: Only can tilt 45 degrees or Customized Angle, for cutting bevels. ( Use Cylinder Rather than servo motor to tilt the blade)

C-axis: The blade can rotate +-360 degrees, allowing cutting from various direction.( Use Servo Motor)
