The straightness of one or both guide rail beams is poor, and the meshing clearance of the walking gears on both sides is inconsistent or severely worn. The distortion and deformation of the guide rail beam caused by foundation settlement makes the stone unstable on the workbench, and there is displacement in the format. When encountering equipment malfunctions that result in inaccurate stone width, the error measurement value of the guide rail beam levelness should be measured first, with a range of ≤ 0.06/1000. The meshing clearance between the walking gear and the guide rail beam rack should be between 0.05~0.10mm, and the parallelism of the guide rail beams on both sides should be 0.50mm. If there is any error, it should be adjusted and repaired in a timely manner. In addition to the above reasons, attention should also be paid to electrical software. During equipment operation, damage to the longitudinal traveling frequency converter, deformation of the magnetic ruler and measuring head components may occur, resulting in a large distance between the two, loose magnetic heads, unstable or low power supply voltage, and other phenomena. Attention should also be paid to wiring placement and external power system debugging, which are all factors that affect the normal operation of the equipment.
