The CNC Bridge Cutting Machine supports image design, chamfering, countertop processing, and wave line shaping. This is in addition to the usual plate-slicing. The primary element of the ZLBS-425CNC/4+1A type can be totally encapsulated in a high-cube container. When processing the plate, take photos to locate the outline coordinates of the plate, and then place the processed graphics on the plate photo; if the hole is needed, the pressing plate cylinder will automatically press the plate before the milling cutter to accelerate the work. After the milling cutter, the cylinder is returned; when the saw blade overlaps, the suction cup will help separate the plate. The operation of the machine is very intelligent and simple; the operator puts the plate in, starts the machine, and the machine can automatically complete large plate processing.Furthermore, after-sales support is provided, and our expert may provide remote assistance to the operator. The normal production cycle of our machine is less than one month. If there is a customized requirement, the delivery time will be determined separately with the customer.The main part of our machine will be wrapped in plastic film, and other small parts will be packed in wooden boxes.
