About Marble:

Marble originally referred to limestone with black patterns, and the cross-section could create a natural ink landscape painting, and in ancient times, marble with a molded texture was often selected to make a painting screen or mosaic.

Subsequently, the name marble gradually developed to refer to all limestone that has various colors and decorative patterns and is used to decorate building materials.

Marble is a quartz sandstone formed by the hot weather in the core of the central and western regions of the earth with some stone layers, and the internal force of the earth's core promotes the whole process of qualitative changes caused by various stone layers. Qualitative change refers to the change of the structure, structure and mineral composition of the original stone layer, and the new rock type caused by the qualitative change is called quartz sandstone. Main characteristics of marble:

  1. No deformation

  3. Long service life

What is Rock Slab?

The formation of natural marble is a long process. Natural marble is a metamorphic rock formed by high temperature and high pressure in the crust of the central plain. It is a medium-hard stone material composed mainly of calcite, limestone, serpentine and dolomite. Its main ingredient is calcium carbonate, which accounts for more than 50%. Natural marble has many components. Other components include magnesite, calcium oxide, manganese oxide, and silicon dioxide.

Advantages of natural marble:

1. Natural marble is dense but not hard, easy to process, carve, grind and polish. The marble is smooth and delicate after polishing, the texture is natural and smooth, and the decoration is high. Marble has low water absorption, high durability and wear resistance, and can be used for 40-100 years.

2. Natural marble and different textures for fine and solid tissue structure, polished smooth as a mirror, texture more than granite stretched, beautiful. The compressive capacity and strength requirements are high.

Disadvantages of natural marble:
