Water Jet Stone Cutting Machine

Water Jet Stone Cutting Machine(SawJet) use the saw blade for straight cuts and a precision water jet for grooves, tight fits and radius cuts. It perfectly evaluates the cutting plane, providing the highest level of support for stone cutting. It is even able to chamfer arcs or internal angles with the water jet. With its capabilities, SawJet enables shops to take on more work, including large commercial projects or complex custom projects.

4. This machine is equipped with an industrial camera to catch an image of the plates on the workbench. Operators can place the drawing design on the plates and program on it.

5. This machine is equipped with a tool setting Gauge to automatically measure the diameter of the saw blade, and a thickness measuring Probe to measure the thickness of the stone.

7. This machine is equipped with high-end RTCP five-axis CNC controller + industrial touchscreen computer + smart cutting software, and is driven by bus servo. The system has built-in convetional shape library and countertop templates library, supporting data size input. Operators can also import DXF format drawing file or design drawings by collection point coordinate drawing function. The operation of this machine is simple and easy to learn. It can access the Internet through wired network, WiFi or mobile phone wireless sharing. 8. This machine is equipped with a laser thickness Measuring Gauge, which can accurately measure the thickness deviation of slabs. It can make compensation for the thickness deviation after system calculation, making the water jet chamfering more accurate.

9. Since 80% works of sawjet will be done by saw cutting, the production cost per meter and the maintenance cost is much lower than that of a water jet.

10. The water jet and saw cutting are combined to work together,which enables higher efficiency than a single bridge saw or water jet. Moreover, it can reduce the times of plate transportation from one machine to the other.
